These terms apply to realfoness.com and services sold by Real Fon Ess, a brand of Evoke Musik LLC, Frederick, Maryland.

Services and packages

Package contents are described on each service page. Custom projects are governed by the written quote or agreement you approve.

Payments

Package prices are listed in US dollars and charged when you check out. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled; you can cancel before your next billing date and keep everything already delivered.

Refunds

If work on a one-time package has not started, you can request a full refund. Once setup work has begun, refunds are prorated for work not yet completed. Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable.

Ownership and access

You own your domains, accounts, content and deliverables once paid. We work through manager or delegated access and will remove our access on request.

Results

Search rankings, reviews and leads depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s own systems. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
